Layout: was perfect for our family with all the bedrooms upstairs (3 bedrooms with a shared bath, plus master with ensuite) and living spaces downstairs with half bath Master mattress was firm, in a good way (not mushy), which we prefer. Home: very clean kitchen has everything you could need or want so many activities (pool table, video games galore, board games, hot tub, horseshoes, putting green, great TV/living area, bocce ball, bikes.we were never bored!).
